Applications are invited from resident Indian nationals (women only) in Saudi Arabia, having valid Iqama/National ID and are not ineligible to work in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the post of Center Administrator (Contractual for 2 years) in Embassy of India, Riyadh, KSA. The Pay Scale for the post would be SR 7200-216-10440-313-13570-407-17640. The initial per month pay for the post is SR 7200. This post is purely on a limited contractual basis for two (2) years only and there will be no additional financial service/benefits

2. Eligibility criteria for the post of Center Administrator (Contractual for 2 years – women only)

(a) Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised University

(Certificates attested by i) the concerned State Government; ii) Ministry of Education, New Delhi; iii) Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi and iv) Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi).

(b) Any advance degree above bachelor’s degree is preferred.

(c) Having good knowledge of Labour Laws of Saudi Arabia and protections available to women under such laws.

(d) Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a particular profession. Experience in areas relating to the rights of women and female domestic workers is preferred. Additional years of work experience is highly desirable and will be given weight-age.

(e) Proficiency in the use of computers and internet

(f) Good command in Arabic language.

(g) Good command of spoken and written English

(h) Should be able to make detailed reports.

(i) Under the age limit of 40 years as on 01/10/2025.

3. Selection Process for the Center Administrator (Contractual for 2 years – women only) will be as follows:

(a) Short listing of applications/examination of documents.

(b) A written test.

(c) Candidates who qualify written test will be called for Interview.

(d) The Interview will be conducted by the Board/Selection Committee. Candidate’s overall personality and experience in the field will be tested during the interview.

4. Applications should be submitted online along with copies of academic certificates & mark sheets, documents showing experience/any special training course attended.

5. The last date for submission of application is 26/10/2025.
