This is with reference to the tender No. Riy/Cons/551/01/2025 dated 29 January, 2025 seeking RFP for outsourcing of Consular, Passport and Visa (CPV) and related support services of the Embassy of India, Riyadh and Consulate General of India, Jeddah.

2. As per Chapter II: Biding Schedule and Process, the last date of submission of bids is 6^th March, 2025 till 1500 hours (local time). It may be noted that no bid will be accepted after the prescribed time. All the submitted bids will be opened on the same day at 1630 hours (local time) in the Embassy of India, Riyadh.

3. All bidders are requested to send one representative to participate in the opening of bids. Details of the representative may be sent to the Embassy in the attached format  (in MS word) at cons1.riyadh@mea.gov.in
