This is with reference to the Embassy’s Request for Proposal (RFP) No. Riy/Cons/551/01/2025 dated 29^th January, 2025 inviting proposals from prospective Service Providers for outsourcing of Consular, Passport and Visa services of the Embassy of India, Riyadh and Consulate General of India, Jeddah.

2. In this connection, Prospective Bidders may note that the competent authority has decided to organize Technical Bid Presentation by bidders on 20^th and 22^nd March, 2025 instead of the dates published on the RFP i.e. 16^th & 17^th March, 2025. The bidders can conduct their Technical Bid Presentation either in physical or virtual mode. Time slot and link for the presentation will be shared in due course.
