Yoga Day Competition

On the occasion of the International Day of Yoga 2018, the Embassy of India, Riyadh is organizing (I) Yoga Poster Competition and (ii) Yoga Photographic Competition from June 5-18, 2018. The United Nations General Assembly in its 69th Plenary Session held on December 11, 2014, proclaimed June 21 as the International Day of Yoga, recognizing that Yoga provides a holistic approach to the health and well being.

Yoga Poster Competition

The participants are requested to design posters on the multiple facets of Yoga. Each participant can chose on a specific theme on Yoga, design it and mail it to info.eoiriyadh[at]gmail.com from 5-18 June, 2018.

Yoga Photography Competition

The Participants are requested to share the photos of them in various Yoga postures, particularly in the backdrop of iconic buildings or unique landscape in the Kingdom. The participants are requested to send their photos to info.eoiriyadh[at]gmail.com from 5-18 June, 2018. The photographic competition would be in two categories (I) Individual Photos and (ii) Group Photos.

General Terms & Conditions:

(i) The authenticity of the posters and photos are essential. Photo-shopped images or posters would be rejected.

(ii) Embassy of India, Riyadh reserves the right to amend/cancel any or all parts of the competition at any time without any further notice.

(iii) A total of 3 winners would be selected in each category. The Winners would be announced on 19 June, 2018 and felicitated appropriately.
