Embassy of India, Riyadh and Consulate General of India, Jeddah have entered into a contract with M/s. VFS GCC LLC outsourcing its passport, visa and consular services. The outsourced consular services cover areas of Central and Eastern regions (Riyadh, Dammam, Al Khabar, Buraidah Wadi  Al Dawasir, Al Jouf, Hail, Qasim, Al Khafji, Hafar Al Batain, Arar, Hofuf, etc.) falling under the consular jurisdiction of Embassy of India, Riyadh and areas of Western, Northern and Southern regions(Jeddah, Abha, Al-Baha, Makkah, Madinah, Qunfudah, Taif, Bisha, Khamis Mushait, Tabuk, Gizan, Najran, Yanbu, etc.) falling under the consular jurisdiction of Consulate General of India, Jeddah. 

Details of locations, contact Coordinates, timings and services offered at Indian Passport and Visa Application Centres (IPVAC) of  VFS Global GCC LLC located within the consular  jurisdiction of the Embassy of India, Riyadh are as follows:

Note: -

1. Diplomatic and Official passports applications will continue to be received at the Embassy as per the established procedure.

2. Indian citizenship related enquiries will be handled at the Embassy telephonically or in person, after which, applications may be submitted at the above office.

3. The applicant may be required to visit the Embassy on the following day or any other working day if deemed necessary to meet the Visa/Consular Officer in person for Visa Services.

4. The delivery schedules mentioned above are tentative; please check your printed acknowledgment for the exact date of delivery.
